And we’ll soon be adding discount offers from area attractions and special events. The list of offers will keep growing so please visit often!
Accessing Subscriber Rewards is easy and quick when you use your subscription information to complete your membership. Simply visit Charleston.Net and click on "Manage Your Subscription." You’ll be taken to our online Customer Service area. If you have already registered to manage your subscription on-line, go right into your account and you’ll see the link for Subscriber Rewards.
To set up your user name and password for “Manage Your Subscription” AND Subscriber Rewards you will need your subscription account number. Please refer to your renewal statement or call customer service at 853-POST (7678) of 1-800-648-2223 to obtain your subscription account number. Note: If you set up a new account for Managing Your Subscription, please allow 24 hours for account information to be transferred to the Subscriber Rewards system.
